In this 1:1 session, we’ll focus on your strength - targeting stations like Sled push and pull, Lunges and Wall Balls. It’s all about the elements that require solid technique and strength.This coaching is great for you if you already have solid endurance but struggle with the strength stations. I will help you to find out how to train to get stronger overall and how you can adapt this in your training routine.
